Has anyone seen this problem before?

I'm running NetBSD-1.5.2 on a Pentium 200MMX machine with 64MB of RAM. This
machine performs as a DSL router and Mail Server.

Today, I started getting very slow traffic speeds out my DSL; equiv. to a
14.4K Modem or less w/ stalls. As I was trouble shooting the problem (thinking
it was on my ISP's end or the DSL provider) I rebooted my Router (NetBSD) and
the problem went away. Back up to 58-70KB/sec transfer.

Anyone know what might have been going on? This machine had been up for many
weeks, months even.
