I guess:
anoncvs release=all host=sup.NetBSD.ORG hostbase=/ftp/pub prefix=/home/ftp/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current base=/home/sup delete use-rel-suffix compress

Change prefix to the path where you want the CVS files on your machine.
