  Yes.  I upgraded kernel and userland April 6 (Sat Apr  6 09:54:30 MST 2002),
as well as upgrading suse to 7.3 and netscape to 4.79, and now netscape is
unable to look up any hosts.  I temporarily snarfed a copy of 4.77 from
another machine, and it had the same problem on the upgraded machine, so
it's evidently not a problem with netscape.  I haven't had time to
investigate further.
