Yes, I use ssh2 to get into my headless SS1. The box is mainly used as a
small mailinglist machine, but I've also been chasing 1.5.3 on it. Takes
about 5 days or so to do a "make build".

Yup, GENERIC doesn't even boot on the 3/50.
