Subject: utmpx routines - where?

In /usr/include/utmpx.h several routines are "declared", but I can't
find the corresponding code in any library. Does anyone know where it
lives?

  void setutxent(void);
  void endutxent(void);
  struct utmpx *getutxent(void);
  struct utmpx *getutxid(const struct utmpx *);
  struct utmpx *getutxline(const struct utmpx *);
  struct utmpx *pututxline(const struct utmpx *);
