Hey, all,

I'd like to know how to reclaim the console when I get a drop-to-ddb
in the middle of an X session.

F12 does not work, presumably because it's part of the old pccons
layout.  No combination of modifiers + F12 seems to do the trick.

This isn't an X-specific thing...or is it?

I don't currently have 640MB of disk space to spare for a total memory
dump, so I can't tell what went wrong when the machine comes back.
