/dev/tuner is the old bktr(4) interface, whereas /dev/radio adheres to the
new radio(4) interface. The bktr(4) man page might mention /dev/tuner...

I'll test my bktr card when I get home with radioctl, maybe there has been
some lossage since I initially added the radio glue to bktr(4).
