Is this in the directory distrib/i386/floppies/ or somewhere beneath that one
where the error is occuring ? I think I've watched some failures to bake rescue-tiny
or boot-tiny floppies (which get built during a release) during the past few
days, if it's that directory, updating that one and starting over might help you
