You could try converting 

  ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/src/sys/dev/digi/
  ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/src/sys/sys/digiio.h
  ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/src/usr.sbin/digictl/

the driver's not finished though - it doesn't work for the ISA Xe and 
Xi cards, and I haven't gotten around to figuring out why yet :-/

It works fairly well on ISA Xem cards and newer PCI cards though.
