Hi,

In NetBSD-current, most of the files in the sys/arch/amiga directory
have been ansified at the exception of sys/arch/amiga/include which is
exported into /usr/include/amiga and the recently added toccata.c
file.

I hope this will not break anything and it shouldn't but please try to
build and run as many kernels as you can with these changes.

I apologize to all the people who had local changes which will
undoubtedly generate conflicts but this has to be done at some point.

Petri Koistinen provided part of the patches for the dev/ directory
and "encouraged" us to do the switch. Thanks Petri.
