On my system:

	/usr/src	550MB
	/usr/xsrc	535MB (includes i386 objects for XFree86 3.x)
	/usr/obj	1GB (includes objects for i386 & alpha)
	/usr/pkgsrc	384MB (excluding all distfiles)
