i386 current

I went to  current because of a problem with 1.52 not able to map the Adaptec
39160 properly.  

I downloaded current yesterday.  
On boot the ahc1 now maps correctly.
The problem now is with sysinst:

uid 0 comm sysinst
on /: file system full

What am I doing wrong here ?
