Have any of you seen/got around this one?

cd /usr/src/tools/texinfo/../../gnu/dist/texinfo && aclocal
aclocal: configure.in: 104: macro `AM_GNU_GETTEXT' not found in library

I wonder if this is because I have /usr/local/bin/aclocal...
aclocal (GNU automake) 1.4s

(CVS source of 14 Nov 2001 13:05 GMT)

Thoughts?
