Subject: New build process: what am I doing wrong?

I finally read the stuff in BUILDING, and have clued into the fact that
I should be using build.sh to do builds in my environment. (several month
old -current trying to build -current)

However, when I launch build.sh like so:

./build.sh -D /usr/build

...it eventually dies here:

dependall ===> toolchain
nbmake: nbmake: don't know how to make all-binutils. Stop
*** Error code 2

Stop.
nbmake: stopped in /usr/src/tools/toolchain
*** Error code 1

Clearly, others are using this successfully. Anyone have a clue what
I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,
+j
