current-users: tools build on mac68k

Hi,

I've tried to build the tools on a mac68k system (over night :-).

There are some things not being built, notably m68k--netbsd-ld and
m68k--netbsd-as.

I used "./build.sh -t -T /usr/local/tools" to build, CVS from
yesterday.
