I had this trouble before, exactly the same panic IIRC.

The trace command appears to actually work now, so here is a 10-finger copy:

_softdep_update_inodeblock+0x135(0x812407c8, 0x85832044,0x1)
_ffs_update+0x1e2(0x801218e0)
_ffs_full_fsync+0x193(0x1)
_ffs_fsync+0x38(0x85078c60)
_vinvalbuf
_vclean
_vgonel
_getnewvnode
_ffs_vget
_ffs_valloc
_ufs_makeinode
_ufs_create
_vn_open
_sys_open
_syscall+0xf5
