I assume that during the update, no file was marked with
"M filename" (i.e. the file is locally modified).
You could now try something like (in csh)
% cvs status | & grep '^? '
in /usr/src to see if there are any files not under version
control. Then decide for each file in the output if you
really want to keep it.
