/etc/mtree/NetBSD.dist has been updated to use absolute paths instead
of relative paths, to take advantage of the support for the former
I've recently added to mtree(8).

So, you'll need to update usr.sbin/mtree before running "make build"
or "make do-distrib-dirs" (etc).

FWIW, I made this change because it makes the mtree(8) spec files much
easier to read and maintain, and much much shorter. See the commit
message for etc/mtree/NetBSD.dist for more details.

Luke.
