Yes, but that's only for packages. There's currently no way to do
something similar in /usr/src (as far as I know). So, for those that
don't use/want sendmail/postfix/bind/uucp/etc... there's no way of not
building them and chewing up cycles during a "make build" or taking up
disk space.
