Please note that UUCP has been removed from OpenBSD-current and is
now a package/port. If you are running current you can just remove
the setuid bit from the UUCP programs (or remove them completely
if you don't use UUCP) and edit /etc/daily as specified before.
For those who wish to simply remove it, the UUCP subsystem is
composed of the following files:
/usr/bin/uucp
/usr/bin/uulog
/usr/bin/uuname
/usr/bin/uupick
/usr/bin/uusched
/usr/bin/uustat
/usr/bin/uuto
/usr/bin/uux
/usr/share/info/uucp.info
/usr/libexec/uucp/uuchk
/usr/libexec/uucp/uucico
/usr/libexec/uucp/uuconv
/usr/libexec/uucp/uuxqt
/usr/share/man/cat1/uucp.0
/usr/share/man/cat1/uustat.0
/usr/share/man/cat1/uux.0
/usr/share/man/cat8/uucico.0
/usr/share/man/cat8/uuxqt.0
