I've updated the esa driver (and in the process, LKMized it). It should
still work if built into the kernel, although I haven't tested it.

Also, this release will work on 1.5.2. If someone can test it on -current,
I would greatly appreciate it.

If someone wants to package up this driver, I'm sure many people would
appreciate it :D
