Sorry, it was a typo.  I did "newfs raid0e".

One more thing different from regular RAID5 is I used 3
disks to make 4 disks RAID5 because one was broken at this
time.  RAIDframe recognized that I made 4 RAID5 by using
only 3 drives, so I thought it was ok and didn't mention it,
though.
