Not sure which version, but from the man page nfsd(8):

     -t      Serve TCP NFS clients.

looks promising... How are you running nfsd on the ?NetBSD? server? The
default nfsd flags are (from defaults/rc.conf) nfsd_flags="-tun 4", so
the -t is already in there...
