I do recall some discussion about something called "bmake" and
the new toolchain, but other than that, I do not see "make" being
rebuilt and installed early. Even via yesterday's source. But I
do admit I wasn't watching explicitly for it. Plus src/UPDATING
continues to recommend reinstalling usr.bin/make by hand on trouble.
