Is there any chance either of you who have INN working could do a
clean install on a system with no extant history file (or
newsgroups, for that matter) and let me know if things work for you?
(Ideally, you'd configure completely from scratch, rather than
copying config files over. Though, it'd also be nice to see config
files from someone whose set up works.)

I have a feeling that something is broken about how our package
is building INN's dbz utilities, but I'm a little unclear on where
to start looking.
