I guess/hope this isn't a big problem, but the ncr driver's PCI
front-end no longer builds on 2001/06/12 -current. I had tried
switching back to the ncr driver after siop failed to work for me in the
2001/03/24 sources, but hopefully it'll work now and I won't be tempted
to try to make the ncr driver work again....

cc -g -pipe -O2 -Werror -Wall -Wmissing-prototypes -Wstrict-prototypes -Wpointer-arith -Wno-uninitialized -Wno-main -I. -I../../../../arch -I../../../.. -nostdinc -DDIAGNOSTIC -DDEBUG -DNMBCLUSTERS="0x2000" -DPNPBIOSDEBUG -DAPM_NO_POWEROFF -DMAXUSERS=256 -D_KERNEL -D_KERNEL_OPT -Di386 -c ../../../../dev/pci/ncr.c
../../../../dev/pci/ncr.c:1251: field `sc_link' has incomplete type
../../../../dev/pci/ncr.c:1619: variable `ncr_dev' has initializer but incomplete type

(it appears there's no more "struct scsipi_link" or "struct scsipi_device")
