I'm not quite sure what's broken, but navigator-4.77 is suddenly dumping
core on me.  pkg updated today; /emul/linux updated today;
/usr/lib/lib* updated 25 May 2001;

pkg updated today to stem the Bus Errors.  It didn't help. (nav-4.77)

Any pointers would be helpful since I don't think there's debugging info
available.
