I wonder this message. This message indicate maxbus.
pci_bus_fixup fixup bus number.It should not be #0 in this case.
pci_addr_fixup use maxbus to fixup address.

It need PCIBIOS, PCIBIOS_BUS_FIXUP, and PCIBIOS_ADDR_FIXUP.

If it does not enable PCIBIOS_BUS_FIXUP, enable it and try it.
But If it has already enable PCIBIOS, PCIBIOS_BUS_FIXUP, and 
PCIBIOS_ADDR_FIXUP,I have no idea.
