I get this with -current as of now on 386:

cc -O2 -pipe -DALL_STATE -DUSG_COMPAT -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wpointer-arith -Wno-uninitialized -Werror -D_LIBC -DNLS -DYP -DHESIOD -DLIBC_SCCS -DSYSLIBC_SCCS -D_REENTRANT -I/usr/home/dolecek/soft/netbsd/lib/libc/include -DINET6 -D__DBINTERFACE_PRIVATE -I/usr/home/dolecek/soft/netbsd/lib/libc/../../libexec/ld.elf_so -I/usr/home/dolecek/soft/netbsd/lib/libc/dlfcn -DWITH_RUNE -DRUNEMOD_MAJOR=3 -D_PATH_LOCALEMODULE=\"/usr/lib/runemodule\" -DRESOLVSORT -I. -DPOSIX_MISTAKE -DPORTMAP -DFLOATING_POINT -c /usr/home/dolecek/soft/netbsd/lib/libc/stdlib/strtoimax.c
cc1: warnings being treated as errors
/usr/home/dolecek/soft/netbsd/lib/libc/stdlib/strtoimax.c:65: warning: function declaration isn't a prototype
*** Error code 1

Stop.

Anyone else seen that? I've not made world build in a while (like
some weeks), so maybe my build environment is out of sync ...
