This rules, and should *really* be incorporated into pgksrc/sysutils.

Perhaps you're still uncomfortable with its state, Patrick, but
when you are, please take the time to make that a package. It would
seem to me to have at least as much utility as xuvmstat (which also
rules), if not more.
