AFAIK, NT4 SP4 (and later) is able to read/write NTFS5 filesystems, but
it doesn't create them, nor does it convert existing filesystems to the
new format. Old filesystems will only get converted if you install
Windows 2000 (I think the Win2K setup process automatically converts any
filesystems it sees).
