Since yesterday, all I've gotten from anoncvs is a "Connection refused"
error.  I thought at first that it had something to do with ssh (since
I had just updated from 1.5K to 1.5T), but according to tcpdump, the
anoncvs server is rejecting all connection attempts out of hand:
