Check this weirdness out!!!!

$ telnet most daytime ; date
	Trying 204.92.254.2...
	Connected to most.weird.com.
	Escape character is '^]'.
	Fri Mar 30 15:44:47 2001
	Connection closed by foreign host.
	Fri Mar 30 15:44:47 EST 2001

So it's only ntpd itself that's out of whack!

(I don't know why it lost track of whome either -- it's still pingable!)

Also since adding the additional peers I got these:

Mar 30 03:13:14 sometimes ntpd[23198]: kernel pll status change 41
Mar 30 03:55:24 sometimes ntpd[23360]: kernel pll status change 41
