I've created a tarball at ftp://worldmap.net/pub/other/ipf3_4_16.tgz
with the contents of the sys/netinet and dist/ipf directories for
-current for folks who would like to test it out.  If everything seems
ok I'll import it into the tree (perhaps early next week).
