Um. Okay. Make sure CVS_RSH is unset, and do:
cvs -d $CVSROOT <command>
(I'd recommend update -dP somewhere small in pkgsrc, just for
speed's sake, for <commmand>.)
Yes, yes, I know the -d $CVSROOT should be unecessary, but humor me.
