I'm all fixed now - one was my fault - one was freenet6's!
18.104.22.168 is the wrong IP address, should have been .35 - that'd
make a difference!
The second is that the script generated by freenet6 doesn't include
the "tunnel" for the device. I manually configured it and it looks
bash-2.04# ping6 www.kame.net
PING6(56=40+8+8 bytes) 3ffe:b00:c18:1fff::8ed --> 3ffe:501:4819:2000:5054:ff:fed
16 bytes from 3ffe:501:4819:2000:5054:ff:fedc:50d2, icmp_seq=0 hlim=53 time=662.
