Here is the special CVSup client binary I've built on FreeBSD-3.5.1:
http://www.imou.to/~AoiMoe/UNIX-at-Random/garbage/cvsup-16.1-freebsd3-static.tgz

and the change for pm3:
http://www.imou.to/~AoiMoe/UNIX-at-Random/garbage/pm3-1.1.15.diff.gz

This change is very dirty, but this ioctl seems unnecessary to CVSup.

If you use this binary, you need to invoke it with @M3novm option, such as:

cvsup @M3novm cvsupfile
