  Try updating your sources.  You need /sys/dev/pci/files.pci version
1.116 or later.  There was an error in the files.pci I committed
yesterday that caused 'esm.c' to be compiled in unconditionally.  Jason
fixed this soon afterwards, so this should also be on anoncvs mirrors by
now.  Sorry for the hassle!
