If someone is desperate for a ethernet driver for his Toshiba Satellite
35D, check out http://www.feyrer.de/NetBSD/accton-en2242.patch.gz for a
patch against NetBSD-current as of Dec 24th 2000, and
http://www.feyrer.de/NetBSD/accton-en2242-1.5.patch.gz for a patch against
NetBSD 1.5.

Both patches are derived from code in PR 10869, credits are due to
DHOYASHIKI Shinichi <clare@znet.or.jp> and Masanori Kanaoka
<kanaoka@ann.hi-ho.ne.jp>.

I'll leave it for someone else to take & commit this. (Jason wanted to
do a driver over the holidays, but I got a bit impatient ;)
