This is badly worded.

What I'm talking about is actually pretty much the kind of configuration
you do if you want to use remote media for the install sets; pick an
interface, pick an IP address, tell it to use DHCP, that kind of thing.
It would be nice to have this as an option.  It wouldn't hurt to be able
to do a lot of the "common" rc.conf things ("run NFS?") during the install,
too.

I know, not everyone would use this (and indeed, I probably wouldn't, unless
it were awesomely slick), but it might reduce the barriers to entry a little
further.
