Has anyone had success in making cardbus work on a Toshiba Libretto
110CT?

The usual tricks with PCIBIOS* don't work for me, and the most
expressful message it'll tell me is:

cbbo at pci0 dev 19 function 0: Toshiba ToPIC97 CardBus-PCI Bridge (rev. 0x20)
cbb0: can't map socket base address 0x4000000
pci_io_find: expected type i/o, found mem
cbb0: can't map socket base address 0x13: io mode
cbb0: NOT USED because of unconfigured interrupt

and the corresponding for cbb1.

Hints appreciated.
