	I believe it is available under BSD license from BSDI (BSD/OS).
	maybe avaialble at ftp server, maybe not.  the best way is to look at
	source code CD for BSD/OS (high percentage of files are under
	BSD license, redistributable).

	also, openbsd has it already in the tree.
