I had similar crashes a while ago. I tried to copy my NetBSD CVS
repository mirror from one to an other disk using dump ...| restore ...
This caused a kernel panic in the softdep code similar to the panic
listed in PR 11493. The machine was a VS4k60 with NetBSD-1.5_ALPHA2.
