Just when in the installation (using sysinst) is "MAKEDEV all"
meant to get run ?  For whatever reason, whenever I seem to do
a NetBSD install it never seems to occur unless I do it manually.
Personally, I think there should be a "finish install tasks" in
one of the menus which does it or something similar at least.
