This will work for OFW 1 and 2 if the CD has *NO* HFS partition, but in that
case it will not boot on OFW 3.  If you add HFS, it will boot on OFW 3, but
not OFW 1 or 2.  To boot on all macppc's requires some serious magic.

The HOWTO will be nuked in the next couple days and replaced with _modern_
instructions based on the distrib/cdrom tools.
