This can't possibly work properly on all macppc, pmax, and vax at one time.
The necessary boot info for OFW 1 and 2 on macppc needs the same block 0
bytes as pmax and vax.

You might want to look into -current's src/distrib/cdrom for a list of the
layouts used for other CD distributions which avoided these conflicts, and
boots properly on all macppc OFW versions.
