For the last two days or so I have been unable to get a cvs
update of my src tree. I can get the doc update though.

the symptoms are that the cvs command just times out and then
complains with a
cvs [update aborted]: received broken pipe signal

also my netstat command shows a 16384 sendq to the anoncvs server
that never drains. Is there something wrong with the server? or is
there something wrong here somehow?
