You'll find the sources for uuname, uupick and uuto under

/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/src/gnu/libexec/uucp

How I found them...I knew they were part of UUCP so I did a quick
search on www.netbsd.org and put in "uucp"

I was able to tell one of the matches was a bug report. Ended up
being #2970 which included
