I have committed a generic framework for hardware watchdog timers.  The
watchdog timer function in the PC-Weasel serial console board for PCs
is currently supported.  I'll be adding support for the ICS PCI-WDT501
watchdog timer board shortly.

Available watchdog timers:
        weasel, 12 second period [armed, kernel tickle]

I plan on getting these pulled into NetBSD 1.5.1.
