Folks...

Thanks to the work of Andy Doran, we have 802.1Q VLAN trunking support
in post-1.5 NetBSD-current.  Multicast was fixed by Enami Tsugutomo,
and some additional integration cleanup was done by me.

There are a couple of known issues with the code, but it basically
works.  It is too late to get it into 1.5, but it will appear in
1.5.1.
